Ronelle is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate in North Carolina, dedicated to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys.
Over the years, Ronelle has had the privilege of assisting adolescents, adults and couples in addressing a wide spectrum of mental health concerns. These range from anxiety, depression, and trauma to relationship and marital conicts, abandonment, rejection, low self-esteem, anger, resentment, impostor syndrome, everyday stressors, indelity, life transitions, and family conicts. Her diverse experience has shaped her approach, making her a compassionate and effective therapist.
Ronelle’s therapeutic style primarily draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore and resolve ambivalence about change. In addition, she incorporates Family Systems Therapy and the Gottman Method to address relational
dynamics and enhance communication within families and couples. She believes that by exploring her clients’ challenges together, they can develop practical, sustainable solutions that lead to positive outcomes. However, she also understands that each client is unique, and she tailors her approach to meet their individual needs, incorporating other therapeutic techniques as necessary to help them achieve their goals.
She recognizes that one of the signicant barriers to seeking therapy is the fear of being vulnerable with someone new. To overcome this, Ronelle is committed to building a trusting relationship with her clients. She offers a safe, condential space where they can explore, process, and transcend their emotions and
